Violet Buxton-Walsh is an Immigration Fellow at IFP focused on government relations and using data to improve US talent retention.

Before joining IFP she worked in recruiting, evidence-based philanthropy, and physical science research. She holds an MSc in Climate Science and Economics from the University of Bern, Switzerland, and a BA in Physical Geography from UC Berkeley.
