Patrick Collard is a Fellow at IFP and an economics PhD student at UC Berkeley where he focuses on topics relating to innovation, health, and developmental economics.
Patrick is also a National Science Foundation Graduate Research Fellow and a Paul & Daisy Soros Fellow. Before starting his PhD, he was a Pre-Doctoral Research Fellow at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and worked as a research intern at the Federal Reserve Bank of Chicago.
Patrick obtained a BA in Mathematics and a BS in Quantitative Economics & Econometrics from the University of South Florida.
