Ryan Redmer

Ryan Redmer is a High-Skilled Immigration Fellow at IFP.

Ryan draws upon his extensive corporate experience navigating high-skilled immigration pathways to improve the United States' ability to identify and retain the world's best talent.

Before joining IFP, he was a member of Microsoft's in-house US Immigration team, where he worked on high-skilled immigration matters for the company's global workforce. Ryan holds an MPP from the Humphrey School of Public Affairs at the University of Minnesota and a BA in Political Science from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
