Andrew Miller is a fellow at the Roots of Progress Institute and co-author of The End of Driving (Elsevier, 2025). He writes the Changing Lanes newsletter on transport innovation, and his work has appeared in The Wall Street Journal and Asterisk. He holds a PhD from Johns Hopkins University.
