Violet Buxton-Walsh is an Immigration Fellow at IFP, focused on using data to improve talent retention and immigration processing.

Violet previously worked in evidence-based climate philanthropy at Founders Pledge, and at the non-profit 80,000 Hours.

She earned an MSc in Climate Economics from the University of Bern, Switzerland, and holds a bachelor’s in physical geography from UC Berkeley.
