Maxwell Tabarrok is a pre-doctoral researcher at Dartmouth College, working with Heidi Williams on the economics of science.

Maxwell was previously a Research Assistant at the University of Virginia, a Research Intern at the Charter Cities Institute, and an Immigration Policy Intern at the Cato Institute. He also blogs at Maximum Progress.

Maxwell received his bachelor's in economics at the University of Virginia.
