Will Poff-Webster is the Director of Infrastructure Policy, leading IFP's work on energy, transportation and housing policy.
Will previously worked as Legislative Counsel for US Senator Brian Schatz, covering housing, banking, infrastructure, technology and appropriations. He also clerked for Senator Chris Coons on the Senate Judiciary Committee. His prior background is in state and local government, where he worked as a Fiscal Policy Analyst on the Massachusetts state budget for the State Senate Ways & Means Committee, and as a Legislative Aide for the Boston City Council. He has a JD from Yale Law School and a BA from Harvard College
