Claire Larkin is the Chief of Staff at IFP, where she oversees operations and works with the co-CEOs on the organization’s strategic plans.

Previously, Claire was the Chief of Staff at Effective Ventures Foundation, a fiscal sponsor for charitable organizations in the United States and the United Kingdom. She’s also worked as a Product Owner in a finance and accounting team, and has multiple years of experience as a Project Manager.

Claire holds a dual bachelor’s degree in political science and German studies from the University of Arizona.
