Allan is the Operations Manager at IFP, where he oversees events, office management, systems design, and internal operations.

Prior to joining IFP, Allan led the cocktail bar program at a José Andrés Group restaurant, overseeing operations, team training, and menu development.

He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Computer Science from Cornell University.
